when the saints go Marching in.

It’s already March? What the hell? Is time really catching up with me?

Well, life’s pretty happening for me. And yes, I’ve been really occupied with work (holding two jobs now anyway), spending time with loved ones, friends, colleagues, kids, babies, new colleagues, old colleagues; almost everyone.

I can say honestly, I am very happy with my life right now. Not that I’m not in the previous years, just that I’m really contented now and wouldn’t ask anything more or less of it. Things happen for many reasons. Some will disappoint you, whilst some may change your life forever. As for me, as I look back through my first three months of 2013, it’s been a blast.

Several events occurred to me that got me thinking. Why do we always feel dissatisfied with what we have now? Why is there a desire to go for more? Is the so called “pot of gold at the end of the rainbow” really something that we really want in life? Why do we have expectations in life? And why do we make expectations on others? Is it even right to have those expectations or judgement on others? If not, what is considered “right” then?

At the end of the day, do we really get the answers that we want? And even if we did, do we feel satisfied with it? If we don’t, will the vicious cycle of this unsatisfactory feeling repeat itself?
